Creative expression such as drawing and movement is human innate expression and communication that comes before language. It has been always part of human history as ancient cave painting and movement ritual to connect to nature spirit and cosmic energy.
In healing process, ‘drawing a symbol is a direct practice that can help to connect to one’s intuitive feelings and the unconscious state. Symbol is a figure that represent a meaning. Symbol is in shape that can be embodied physically and can be seen visually.
Drawing a symbol is a practice to focus one’s energetic state to translate as visual information.
In my practice, I use drawing and symbol to help clients and participants go beyond verbal language and find a personal intuitive languge to convey their energy state.
